When does my free trial start?
Your 7-day free trial starts when you create your first live ticket. Signing up and getting your business details ready won’t start the countdown. No card is required to get set up.
Can I use it with no phone signal?
You can create and sign your note offline. It stays saved on your phone and can sync and send once you’re back online.
Can I find and re-send an older WTN?
Yes. Search your archive, open the signed note and email another copy. Your saved records are ready when a customer asks for them again.
Does it handle hazardous waste?
Yes. Lite supports hazardous waste consignment notes and the additional fields, including UN number, shipping name, hazard class, packing group and process description.
How much is it, and can I cancel?
New accounts pay £15 plus VAT per month: £18 including VAT. There’s no setup cost. Manage or cancel your subscription through Settings → Subscription in the app.
How is the time-saving figure calculated?
We use a working estimate of 5 minutes of admin saved per completed WTN: 7 minutes for manual writing, sending and filing, compared with 2 minutes in PaperRoute. Actual times vary. Further savings from retrieving older notes aren’t included.
